About Me

Hello, my name is Sandra and I'm a Tampa creative who not only loves design, but also the beach and all things Florida 🏖. I've practically grown up in the broadcast news industry after starting out as an intern my junior year in high school (thank you dual enrollment). My passion for context-driven and fact-based reporting brought me into this career field. Fast forward 20 some odd years later, and I'm a senior broadcast designer with the E.W. Scripps Company. I recently completed the Google UX Design Professional Certificate course to shift my focus to user-centered visual and motion design for digital.
